Madelyn sent me an e-mail to me over 2 years ago. Normally I don't respond to marketing e-mails but I saved it and I'm glad I did, cause 6 months later I had a need for a professional Property Manager. I managed my small house in Golden for several years myself. Then I tried a small time PM for a while but he quit on me than I was back to doing it myself. So when the tenant finally left on a month to month agreement I sent Madelyn an e-mail.
To be honest it was expensive at the start, for the property had need of repair. Madelyn handled everything from there and kept me well informed. She was able to rent to a market value more than expected with a quality tenant. Last year I used to think about that property all the time and now I just think about it as the investment I intended it to be. Thanks Madelyn!
