I’ve always believed that landlords, property managers, and tenants all have to win—or it’s not worth building.
I started in real estate while I was still in high school and bought my first rental property at 22. Three months later, I was evicting my first tenant because she couldn't pay rent.
I had experience selling homes and worked as a broker, but property management and being a landlord came with a whole new learning curve.
Those early mistakes shaped everything that came next—from becoming a property manager to later managing assets for institutional clients nationwide working with remote teams.
Tenant Access exists because keys are a bottleneck and a security risk. They’re outdated, and most “keyless” solutions only solve part of the problem.
